Performance Time: 5:20pm

Itinerary:
1:45 – Dress, load Trailer/Bus
2:15 – Depart for TWHS
3:00 – Arrive TWHS
5:00 – Warm Up
5:20 – Perform
5:45 – Sight Read
6:00* – meet in cafeteria, eat, Receive comments/rating
6:15* – Depart for home
7:00* – Arrive FHS

*Change into your concert attire during school before we depart.  Regular concert black is the code. Please do not let your attire be a distraction to the performance.
* If you wish, you will be able to eat  after our performance at approximately 6:00pm at the concession stand.  Bring spending money if you choose. 
*If you’re riding home with a family member, I need a signed parent note by 2:15pm before we leave.
*The event is free and open to the public for moms, dads, family, and friends of the FHSCC &FSHCB. No audio or video recording of any kind is permitted in the auditorium, and the penalty is our disqualification, so please keep them off and away during our performance, and the performance of other bands.

Youth Choir: 
*please report to the HS choir room at 6:30pm. You will perform promptly at 7pm
*Sign in
*Please wear your choir t-shirt, BLACK pants, and comfortable shoes
*You are encouraged to stay for the entire concert. It is only considerate to the other musicians that you stay and support them.
*If you are staying for the concert-you are to sit quietly with your family. Please do not get up during a performance, stay in your seat until a break.
**We still have rehearsal Tuesday, March 8**



FHS Concert Choir:
*Please report to the HS choir room at 6:30 for warm ups. You’ll have a break 6:45-7pm
*Please watch the Youth Choir’s performance then we will continue warm-ups & running through our pieces.
*After our performance, please sit quietly and watch the FHSCB’s performance.

*Concert Black required:
  • gentlemen: black pants, black shirt, tie, black shoes, black socks
  • ladies: black dress, black skirt (panty hose required, black preferred), black shirt, black shoes

This concert is free and open to the public. Please tell family and friends to come and support the musicians of Fairbanks Local Schools.
